1. Choose the right light source

2. Take anti-static measures

The laser dotted light guide plate （LGP） should take certain anti-static measures during the production process, such as: the workbench should be grounded, the workers should wear anti-static clothes and anti-static gloves, if possible, install anti-static ion fans, and ensure that the humidity in the workshop is about 65% and The indoor temperature is controlled below 25 degrees to avoid static electricity caused by too dry air.

Especially green LED products are vulnerable to static electricity. The antistatic properties of LEDs of different quality levels are also different, and the high-quality LEDs have slightly stronger antistatic properties. It must be pointed out that an increase in temperature will reduce the internal resistance of the LED.

3.Cleaning and proper handling

When you clean dirty on the light guide plate (LGP), Please Use alcohol or white electric oil on the surface of the light guide plate and wipe it gently with a dust-free cloth. Gloves must be worn during cleaning operations. Otherwise, fingerprints will remain on the acrylic surface.

Do not use water or other liquid to clean the light guide plate. These may cause the acrylic surface to produce white markings.

Because the material of the light guide plate is clear Mitsubishi PMMA acrylic. In the management process, we need to tear off the face protection film. If the operation is improper, it is easy to cause scratches on the light guide plate. Therefore, the operator must wear gloves and handle them with care. If it is a large acrylic, it must be carried by 2~3 people together, and it must be carried vertically to avoid deformation and cracking of the acrylic.

All acrylic must be inspected before shipment. After there is no problem, the film will be protected. Then pack into box.
